NEED TO KNOW

  • Tired teams: It might not be the most crisp game since both teams are playing for the second straight night. The Raptors were in Philadelphia on Sunday and the Bulls played in Miami.
  • Still out: The struggling Bulls, 8-15 and 11th in the East going into Sunday, are going to be without forward Otto Porter Jr. for at least another two weeks. Porter has a bone bruise in his foot and hasn’t played since Nov. 6.
  • Coming soon: Patrick McCaw, out since having early November surgery on his left knee, is close to returning to action. “He’s cleared for practice, but I don’t know when the next practice would be,” Raptors coach Nick Nurse said. With the Raptors in a three-games-in-four-nights stretch, it might not be until Friday.
