Kyle Lowry: How long will the Toronto Raptors guard be out? Injury timeline, latest updates | Canada

The Toronto Raptors are expected to be without Kyle Lowry for the next few games.

Prior to Toronto’s matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 31, Raptors head coach Nick Nurse said that Lowry will be out for a week to 10 days with a right foot infection.

According to TSN’s Josh Lewenberg, Lowry has been dealing with the injury for most of the season, but it started to get worse following Toronto’s loss to the Detroit Pistons on March 29, a game in which he finished with 10 points, two assists and one rebound in 23 minutes of play.

Lowry missed the game prior with right foot soreness.

When will Kyle Lowry return?

If Lowry is sidelined for 10 days, he could miss as many as five games, including Wednesday’s matchup with the Thunder.

Lowry has missed a total of eight games this season. The Raptors went 7-2 in those games.

Now in his ninth season with the Raptors, Lowry is averaging 17.0 points, 7.3 assists and 5.4 rebounds per game.
