Former Calabasas home of Kylie Jenner, with shoe closet and ‘Glam Room,’ seeks $3.6 million – Daily News

A Calabasas home once owned by Kylie Jenner has listed for $3.599 million.

Designed to resemble an Italian villa, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house with a custom shoe and handbag closet was purchased by the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner family in 2015 for $2.6 million, property records show.

But the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star-turned-Kylie Cosmetics’ founder sold the property, records show, to Bellami Hair founders Nikki Eslami and Julius Salerno in 2017 for $3.15 million.

The 5,121-square-foot residence built in 2006 and extensively renovated sits on more than a third of an acre in guard-gated The Oaks.

“Privacy and security are at the forefront of this 24-hour guard-gated community,” Jay Ravnikar of The Agency, the co-listing agent, said by email. “Simply put, The Oaks is a lifestyle. I think that is so important to people now, especially at a time when we are using our home to take on the additional roles of office space, school, gym, restaurant, movie theater and more.”

The home’s contemporary interior features a master suite with a large sitting area. In addition to the shoe closet, it has a walk-in closet and a black and white clawfoot tub in the black-tiled master bathroom.

Another bedroom doubles as “an ultra-luxe Glam Room,” the listing reads, “with lighted vanity, mirrored walls and custom drawers.”

There’s also a media theater.

The gourmet kitchen has an island and a breakfast room. It opens to the family room.

In the combined living and dining room features two-story ceilings, features include a white stone fireplace and a wall of French doors that open to the swimming pool and spa.

A lighted courtyard with fire pit, built-in barbecue kitchen and covered patio, as well as a guest house complete the listing.

April Lopez of The Agency shares the listing with Ravnikar.
