Come one, come all. You are tastily invited to “Behind the Apron,” a candid, virtual Zoom chat with five Taste Canada shortlisted cookbook authors on Friday, September 25 from 7:00-8:00 pm EDT, in celebration of National Cooking Day and in anticipation of the annual Taste Canada Awards. 

Moderating the discussion is Steven Hellmann, founder of the award-winning The Foodies Group. This chat will provide you with a virtual seat at the kitchen of some of Canada’s top cookbook authors, where they will be dishing on everything from innovative recipes from their shortlisted cookbooks to challenges they have faced while cooking in these pandemic times. 

Steven will be joined by our panel of five esteemed cookbook authors, from across Canada, who will be partaking in “Behind the Apron.” The panel will include:
